November 22, 2019 - Not drinkable, as it's way over the hill. Hard to get clear on what happened to these wines, as they went from rather dense to completely loose in about 1yr.

November 25, 2017 - Smells like raw dry-aged beef. Not in a good way. Overly tannic. Undrinkable.

April 24, 2017 - 2nd bottle to be flawed. Dark purple, but highly oxidized and undrinkable. Bottle has been in our possession from the beginning. Cork seemed fine but slightly extended.

March 25, 2017 - Strong, bitter, nasty chemical flavor all but made it undrinkable.

January 16, 2015 - Fantastic wine. Let it breathe for at least 2 hours to bring out a rich, full-bodied, dark wine. Nose is blueberries and white pepper. Palate is surprisingly bright with fine, rustic tannins. This is a very food-friendly with. Finish is very long. The combination of rich texture and bright acidity is a bit unusual and intriguing.
