November 11, 2015 - Light salmon color. Big bubbles. Very energetic. Strawberries and apples in the nose. Sharp burst of fruit up front dives into a complete and total yeast finish that does not stop.

April 20, 2014 - We used this Pinot Noir Rose for a drink recipe from Chandon that included strawberries, lime juice, and basil-infused simple syrup. Everyone thought it was great!
