January 29, 2015 - Cool and not overly concentrated, perhaps due to the vintage and Lavaux being situated higher up the slope. Fruity, red fruit. Tasted better on days 2 and 3 after being kept in the fridge. Plenty of tannins and extract on day 3. Very pleasant.
