October 8, 2016 - Wow, after eight years and considering that it is fermented in a steel barrel this is unbelievable. Youth and perfect acidity combined with citrus, honey and a light hint of straw. The wine could last for another couple of additional years.

August 28, 2016 - Ente's 08 Aligoté is aging beautifully, and is really not such a step down from his village Meursault. An expressive and attractive bouquet of green apple, flinty reduction, spring flowers and iodine. On the palate the wine is sappy, vibrant and intense, with nice medium-full texture and mineral cut. Really serious stuff.
