November 2, 2020 - Opened and decanted to give it some air and then had the first taste an hour later. Excellent nose. Color is a tad pale, but showed well tonight. Tart, but with enough fruit to make it interesting. Went well with Coq au Vin.

September 12, 2019 - Needed a 2 hour decant. Reticent at first. About the time we were finishing the bottle, it had come around showing crunchy red fruits.
