April 23, 2023 - Amazingly youthful and elegant, surprising cherry, floral nose with a background of black currants, cedar, spice, long finish, even after 2 days still energetic and youthful, still had a Trader Joe's $8.99 price tag) (second time in the last 6 weeks, similar notes, wish I had more)

December 3, 2015 - Fully mature, with Lovely spearmint and red fruit. The mint overwhelms a little, and this bottle is certainly past prime, but a nice drink that matched perfectly with grilled lamb.

December 21, 2008 - This wine was impressively fresh and balanced. I would say the wine is at its peak as all the components were in perfect harmony. There was still some dried dark cherry and blackberry with nice truffle and woodsy spice. This wine drink well over a 3 hour period and showed no decline. An amazing mature california cab.
