August 11, 2019 - Sue's Visit and Dinners; 8/9/2019-8/11/2019 (Princeton, NJ): Lovely wine. Notes of Red berry, raspberry, cherry, spice, herbs, earth. Great with the slow-roasted duck, the wild rice and the red, local potato. These were $21 on sale.

July 22, 2015 - Heads and shoulders above their Starr Ridge, same vintage, from a few nights ago. This is nicely balanced, very harmonious. The Starr was overly ripe, everextracted, almost porty.

July 6, 2015 - This has now hit its prime. Very well balanced wine, nothing stands out. Good acidity, nice mouthfeel, nothing unpleasant. The only thing that hinders its grade is the finish is just average.
