January 5, 2013 - After 10 yrs in bottle - cracked on New Year's Eve . Took about two hours to turn into a sobon= spice, dark fruit. Big tannins still and lots of residue.

September 16, 2007 - A delicious, fully mature zin, with ripe cherry and blackberry,vanilla oak, some roasted herbs and smoke. Definitley a nice California wine but not to be confused with anything Old-World. Would buy again.
