  November 14, 2021 - Drank from magnum OWC. Paired with classic Italian dinner - pasta, meatballs, chicken parm. No decant necessary - opened cork and let the bottle breathe for 30 mins. Still tannins left and could go even longer but drinking perfectly now.

  October 20, 2020 - Intense brick red. Lots of mushroom and truffle but still some red berries left. Medium bodied with soft textured tannins and elegant long finish.

  May 5, 2020 - Medium nose. With cherry, cedar, slightly toast and leather. The palate was nicer than the nose. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. After breathing an hour in the glass, the nose evolve to be medium+ pronounced.
