  November 26, 2015 - Nice. Not as viscous as a dessert wine nor was it overly sweet. Worth it. It took about twenty minutes to open up. Pear & light honey.

  January 15, 2012 - 2/3 of cork soaked, lightly fizzy which fades rel. rapidly, but still very tasty, pear, strong flavors, almost like cider, a bit of acid and sugar, light botrytis ltaste, a bit over the hill, but quite fun and interesting

  April 2, 2011 - Can't believe how good this still is. Shared at a family dinner, was the hit of the evening. Fizz still there, flavors have mellowed a bit in a good way.
