September 24, 2023 - Weil Gräfenberg vertical 2003-2013 (Restaurant 360 Grad, Limburg/Lahn): Popped and poured. Clear, youthful medium golden color. Wonderful deep, complex and expressive nose. On the palate lots of energy and precision, glowing/shining. Very good balance, phenolic, long. 93-94

March 17, 2023 - Magnum best bottle (Restaurant Holz und Feuer, Kirchheim, Germany): Glass: Sophienwald Bordeaux
From Magnum. Clear, medium golden color. Fine, elegant nose. On The palate fruity, elegant, some extract sweetness, very nice mineral core, very balanced and joyful. Uncomplicated in the best sense. Lacks a bit the depth and tension of the Singerriedel. 92-93 -

December 22, 2020 - 2001 and 2004 were the only vitanges of this wine with a potential to age.
2007 is not my taste. -

Smaken starter med typisk utviklet riesling og fortsetter med en frisk og god grapefruktsmak som varer lenge. -

January 3, 2018 - SLDS GC NY Traditional Tasting: Lime, pear, orange, graphite and spice - lots going on. Rich and textured with excellent purity. Really composed fruit, this is long, with the richness being held in check but great acidity. Drink over the next 10 years.
