December 17, 2015 - 20 min decant. Practically opaque ruby color. Cherries, strawberry, green pepper and figs to the nose. Plum, raspberries and extremely tart cherries with a brush of spicy tannins that finishes long. Lingers pleasantly for a while after. Good sipping wine but pairs well with pork and chicken.

April 18, 2015 - Slightly boozy nose with blackberries, leather and jam. Slightly spicy up front with some serious berry tones and mint. Tannic ending is still very nice rounded. Slightly busy but fun.
