  March 29, 2024 - Goldgelb. Kühle, steinige Nase. Am Gaumen geht’s gerade aus in den ganz großen Fächer. Wenig Frucht, packende Säure gepaart mit ausdrucksstarkem Terroir und der ganz großen Reise an Aromen. Super vielschichtig, ohne Trinkfluss zu stören. Hält sicherlich noch gute 5 Jahre und länger.

  November 5, 2023 - Glass: Zalto Bordeaux
  Popped and poured, drunk over three days. Clear, pale golden-yellow color. Wonderful clear and pronounced nose. Lots of sweet fruit, lime, some smoke, crushed stones, floral and herbaceous notes. Very fresh, dense, complex and multi-layered.
  Dry, wonderful juicy acidity, 13% abv. Lots of fine sweet fruit (stone fruit and passion fruit), herbs and lots of mineral notes. Wonderful precision and tension, great energy and depth. Beautiful balance, everything is at its right place. This wine is so joyful to drink and yet so complex and multi-layered. Very long, mineral and fruity finish. At its full peak, can't imagine how it gets better. Great!

  April 12, 2023 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS: VDP Grosses Gewachs (By BS): In the bouquet white fruits, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit. On the palate white fruits, spices like coriander and pineapple, beautiful balance between acidity and sweetness and a great length.

  November 6, 2020 - So there is a warm wind again at northern good old Germany, so pnp a white vine bottle to cool down.......,
  Stunning nose, nothing but spice, gun powder, an artillery regiment firing over hours, young acid, not supporting, demanding, nothing but volcanic finesse, pronounced on the palate, mouthwatering young, unbelievable lingering, with more aeration not getting silky, no, this is changing to a more and more wild stallion!
  So, this is a very young showing still, will improve easily over the next decade! **(**-*****), around 95(+)
  Last third of the bottle on day two:
  nothing has changed, an extraordinary showing like yesterday, highly recommended!
