    November 6, 2011 - pop-n-pour; level is at 5mm below the cork with sign of past seepage; cork slightly depressed; nose is light and tired; fruits are missing with only some menthol and pungent spice; very pale ruby; medium body and level of tannin; some spices and herbs in palate and finish; I think it has passed its' peak
