  February 28, 2006 - Well aged. Red Brick color, with white edge showing age. Still showed dark red fruit on the mouth. Well integrate oak allowed aged fruit to provide a pleasant mouthful of red wine.

  December 10, 2005 - Opened this bottle after finishing a '96 Caymus which didn't show well. The Francisan was too toasty and covered up the fruit. But the next day the toasty nose was gone and the over ripe red berries showd up. This turned out to be much better after a day and was very easy to drink.
