May 11, 2017 - Another excellent showing. Color still vibrant. Similar notes to 2014, but the wine is getting silkier. Classy all around and at peak. I believe it will remain here for 5+ years.

April 8, 2015 - Medium to full body; ruby red color; intensively aromatic, dominant black fruits, ripe plum tones, vanilla, floral and spicy aroma; black currant, plums, spices, some floral and earthy notes on the palate, juicy on long finish; in spite of age save dark shades, I haven't looked for any loss of the color, bold, rich and expressive, complex and well balanced, velvety structured, completely integrated, gentle tannins and lovely acidity. Best match is meat. Serve 18º - 22º. Open half hour in advance. Drink now and next couple years, perhaps more.

January 25, 2014 - Best showing to date. Dark colored, berries, tobacco, and a hint of cedar. Could easily be mistaken for a classified Bdx, Great length. Still a bit reserved, which leads me to think it has yet to peak.

December 24, 2012 - Complex and elegant with a medium finish. Should be drunk over the next year or two.

August 5, 2010 - TASTED MARCH 2004: DARK PURPLE/BLACK. COFFEE AND BLACKBERRIES AROMAS. BITTER TANNIC FINISH. HAS GREAT POTENTIAL ASSUMING FRUIT WILL OVERCOME TANNINS. DRINK 2009-2020
