June 1, 2010 - Geschmeidiger, feinfruchtiger Weißburgunder mit Zitrus-, Melone-, Birne- und Fliedernoten; relativ voller Körper, feine Säure, mineralische Töne am Gaumen, guter Abgang; allein - verglichen z.B. mit dem Weißburgunder von Martin Conrad fehlt etwas die Eleganz und Feinheit! Sehr gut zu Spargel mit Sauce Hollandaise
