Community Tasting Notes 2

December 15, 2010 - Straw color. Nose: honeysuckle, orange peel, Asian pear, a little shortbread cooke, and wet rock. Medium body on the palate: starfruit and Asian pear with some shortbread cookie, grapefruit peel, honey, and chalk. Nicely focused acidity heightening the flavors. Lingering chalk and pear skin on the long dry finish. Very nice wine. Excellent value.

June 20, 2010 - Didn't take notes, but was well rounded and had some anis flavor to it. Try again.
