  July 14, 2015 - From memory a week ago. Surprisingly quite fresh with good fruit given the drink window proposed here. Good tannins, overall structure and nicely balanced with the fruit. Sad that it was the last of the 07's.

  February 6, 2015 - Not decanted, let air in glass for 30 minutes. Slight vegetal characteristics typical of cab franc, but in no means overpowering. Almost minty. Nice dark brooding fruit, good structure, although at this point, not overly tannic. Still has I would say 3-7 years left, depending on how soft you like your wines. One of the better cab francs from Goosecross. Note to myself: Open last bottle in 2017.

  November 2, 2014 - Nose still huge, decanted for about hour and half. Color still intact with no noticeable yellowing. Flavor was full and wine had not declined from my previous tasting. Nice cab franc.
