December 27, 2021 - Yellow- straw. Oxidative nose, floral, sake, but if apple nose. Palate dry, oxidative (subtle, and enjoyable), slightly saline, light fruit quality, drink now.

April 14, 2013 - This wine has developed well over time. A beautiful golden color, this wine has developed some additional depth since my last tasting. I wish I had a few more.

November 11, 2012 - Very nice with roasted chicken. Beautiful straw color. Great fruit on the palate but not as much acid or minerality that I remember from the winery.

The winery promised to add two bottles to my allocation.
