February 6, 2011 - Yummy. Drink with cured pork products for a good time.

October 8, 2010 - I've never had a wine remotely like this. The nose and initial impression are sweet and floral with lovely Malvasia aromatics. Frizzante. The palate is dry, yeasty and like a very dry, slightly sour beer. better than it perhaps sounds, but more interesting than enjoyable.

July 2, 2010 - Interesting. Not for sparkling wine newbies, or the picky, save this one for friends you want to ask "have you ever tasted anything like THIS?" Tastes and smells like floral beer, with lots of yeast and aromatics. Hard to imagine what it would be perfect with, though grilled sausages and some linguine alla vongole comes to mind.
