January 24, 2016 - Served blind. This was WOTN at our table. Exceptionally made. Very approachable right now after a 4 hour decant. Rich round tannins. Very balanced and drinking incredibly well.

January 20, 2016 - Served blind, this was WOTN at the table, and my WOTN. Extremely balanced, we were guessing Mondavi Reserve. I guess it's in the same league. Lingering acidic finish, savory bell pepper. Not flashy, just put together really well.

February 12, 2015 - Nice cabernet with soft tannins and moderate structure. Fruit a bit muted and frankly I expected more from this wine.

January 6, 2014 - As I start to taste the 2008 cabs again, I am struck by how good this vintage is, give them enough time, and they are really coming together. Ripe dark fruit and spices, tannins starting to be in balance.

September 6, 2013 - Very soft tannins, flavors are not fully integrated very complex right now. I will wait 1-2 years before my next bottle (hopefully it has enough tannic structure to age well).
