January 6, 2014 - As I start to taste the 2008 cabs again, I am struck by how good this vintage is, give them enough time, and they are really coming together. Ripe dark fruit and spices, tannins starting to be in balance.

September 6, 2013 - Very soft tannins, flavors are not fully integrated very complex right now. I will wait 1-2 years before my next bottle (hopefully it has enough tannic structure to age well).

January 1, 2013 - Good dark fruit on the nose. Full mouth feel with a lasting fruit on the palette. Tannins are well incorporated and this is drinking well already.
