June 1, 2020 - Like previous poster, this wine is still good. Possibly at the end of its window but definitely enjoyable

May 21, 2020 - According to the wine details in CT, this wine was past it’s drinking window by several years. I opened and decanted this for about an hour. It was still a good drinking table wine. Enjoyed it with pasta.

March 30, 2020 - Dark, opaque red-black color with initial whiff of prune intermingled with the aroma of blue stone fruit and off-putting green tomato intertwined with hydrogen sulfide. My Riedel Bordeaux glass will have to suffice as a decanter vessel, hopefully facilitating the dissipation of any negative components as time passes this evening.
The mouthfeel is a bit brittle, with alcohol too present, and acidity surpassing feeble tannin, all told, scaffolding without walls.
The confluence of red varietals, giving the overall identity to the resulting sliver of fruit flavor, is still vibrant and sweet, albeit lacking the luscious mouthfeel this producer’s Cabernet Sauvignon exemplifies.
Alas, although I predict this wine will compliment our tomato based multiple-meat leftover meal this evening, this blend is now (and perhaps even if we had consumed this wine 5-7 years earlier), if not a disappointment, one that pales in comparison to Hess’s Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon.
In all fairness, the vanilla and caramel on the finish is still quite pleasant, although the bit of stewed tomato intrusion is obstinately present. That’s what I get for not consulting CellarTracker at an earlier time.

March 19, 2018 - It smells like soy sauce and black currant (cassis). The wine looks violet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle.
