April 20, 2021 - Took about 90 minutes to open up and gain some smoothness. Black cherry fruits, hints of red fruits, some sweet Oak and underbrush.

June 2, 2020 - Dark to the core. Needed 90 minutes of air to smooth out tannins and allow some secondary flavors to emerge. Like many PS bottlings, mostly monolithic and dense black fruit. Some sweet Oak and a touch of herbs. Not interesting enough to be worth the retail price of admission, but there seems like this wine could improve a bit still. I'd say this bottle's outside drinking window was after 2025.

January 16, 2020 - Much improved from three years ago. Softer tannins, more fruit on the palate, and still good acidity. Drink 2020-2024. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 91.
