Tasted non blind at the winery.
Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of brown spices, yellow pears, yellow apples and a dash of cream. Flavors of yellow apples, yellow pears and a dash of cream. Drink now through the next 2-3 years plus or minus. -

January 22, 2011 - Very nicely structured and balanced wine. Medium bodied. Apples and pears in the mouth with nice acidity and toasty notes but not overdone. Very good QPR.
