March 2, 2019 - This was a wow wine -- totally unexpected. With about 3 hour decant it opened up into an Elysian-lite. Yes, it was that good. Velvety texture with tons of complexity -- mint, chocolate, cigar ash, earth, cassis...
Long finish. Really made you think about each sip. Sad it was the only bottle I had. -

January 21, 2018 - Drinking PERFECTLY right now. Level 1 Sommelier had it for the first time and was still discussing it 2 days later. Would give it 1-2 hours decanting.

January 19, 2017 - VERY solid Spring Mountain cab. Third of 3 bottles on the evening, little decanting time - will give it at least an hour next time.

December 10, 2016 - Monthly goup Holiday Tasting 2016 (I Nonni): Only slow O'd for about 3 hours. This wine was still relatively open to drink. Textbook Myriad and cocktail Napa cab. Perfume, spice, massive fruit, with enough acidity to make it drinkable.
