  October 6, 2012 - Pleasant late harvest Riesling. I would like a little apricot botrytis, but still a nice quaffer. Nice sweet fruit and acid balance. Shows a slight grapefruit pith bitterness in the background and the finish is short and cuts off suddenly.

  January 29, 2012 - A pre-birthday visit to some new places in the Willamette Valley: Smells of candied Riesling and gummy bears. The palate is big and rich, with nice fruit and soft spice. Tart acids. The finish goes a little flaccid, with lots of sweetness. Good but not too much in the way of intensity, which I think is necessary for sweet rieslings. This is just soft and light, with candied fruit.
