May 20, 2022 - Very similar to my 1/4/2020 TN. Slow ox 45+ minutes in glass. Nice smoky, toasty and mocha aromas. Soft, elegant palate with lots of dark cherries and a bit of acid at the end of the finish. Silky and seemingly at perfect maturity with lots of secondaries. Drink up soon!

October 10, 2021 - Surprisingly structured dusty chewy tannins and heat on the finish, yet complimented by a nice core of cedar laced black cherry and espresso roast flavor. Gave it lots of air but this bottle for some reason took a notch backward almost 2 years later, chalking it up to variation.
