  December 23, 2011 - Easy drinking. Fruit forward - with some positive funky-ness. A little flabby on the finish. Overall good value. Easy to drink.

  February 6, 2011 - Same impressions as below, good, unctuous, correct, a crowd pleaser (works for party), esp at $11. It does have some freshness and tang, mainly purple even for a crianza. Some dustiness, not that distinguishable from tempranillo, but there is something there. What I like, it is not too heavy on oak, lower alcohol which does not kill it (12.5), and character. Good honest wine, clean on the finish.
