November 2, 2019 - 12% - Clear, light lemon, gentle fizz / clean, med intensity - yellow apple, cider, citrus peel, fresh butter, mineral edge / dry, med+ acidity, med to light body, med intensity, med+ length, develops a pleasant mousse. A solid base wine good on it's own and offering lots of food pairings. Much better than last experience with that wine a few years ago based on prior TN.

December 10, 2016 - Apparence jaune paille, limpide, bulles fines.
Nez expressif, pomme verte, poivre blanc.
En bouche, très sec, acidité importante, pomme verte légèrement salée, pâte feuilletée. Bonne persistance.
Rivalise avec bien des Champagnes.
