February 5, 2024 - Dark and intense fruit that still feels rather young. Lots of pwer with acidity and tannins well softened and integrated. Very nice.

October 14, 2023 - in a perfect drinking window now. Classic sangiovese sour cherry notes with a hint of balsamic and tobacco. Layered and balanced with a pleasant grip on the finish. Should drink well over the next 2-3 years.

June 23, 2023 - This is the second bottle I have drank from my cellar, the last time in 2020. It continues to age well and has become a very enjoyable wine which pairs well with lamb or beef. It has mellowed with age and therefore is very approachable now or I think 2 more years to be at its peak.
