June 12, 2021 - Decanted two hours. Although AG said wait until 2024 I opened one of my three bottles now and it's showing spectacularly. Deep, savory, balanced red fruit on the palate above dense saline earth, staying full well into the very long finish. A completely enjoyable experience that paired beautifully with wild king salmon.
