August 20, 2018 - Absolutely delightful. Fresh and fruity. Acidity is totally mastered. Highly recommended.

March 5, 2018 - Monday blinds (Chicago, IL): Served double blind. Even though this was obviously white Burgundy, I thought that this was a little younger than it was. The nose has some confected lime flavours (Pop Rocks?), as well as a nice touch of reduction. White fruit, good acidity, and crisp, with only a modest amount of fruit. I thought that this was 2013 chablis.

June 21, 2016 - Acid is the primary character. Maybe it's in a bit of a hole at the moment. It was often enjoyed a bit younger. A bit left in decanter next day was pretty rugged. Still have a few bottles. Will consider if a few years will help or hinder.
