March 5, 2021 - Amazing how fruity and powerful this wine still is considering it’s age, is probably the notorious vintage. Leather, cocoa, coffee, ... is already emerging but not yet strongly present.

    February 23, 2021 - vorbei, leider
Essignoten in der Nase, keine Frucht
    säuerlich. Später Liebstöckel

June 7, 2020 - The 89 Potensac is getting a little long in the tooth although I admittedly love its pencil lead, cigar, and loam profile which is so satisfying on a primal level. The coal, cold tea, biscuity notes are enjoyable but freshness and energy aren’t words that jump to the fore, and with the old oak aromas this is developing, I should think one would be best served to drink these in the near term.

December 20, 2019 - Solid enough but certainly seemed past its prime. Returned to the second half of the bottle the next night (after VacuVin only) and it was undrinkable.

October 23, 2019 - Drank from Coravin. Quite tart and flat on Pop N Pour. Will try opening the bottle soon and letting it breathe a bit.
