November 17, 2013 - Great QPR for a merlot-based blend.
Ruby red in color; with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and blackberry.
Soft, plush, and approachable now, with enough tannins and acidity to hold. The vranec adds an unusual flavor element which I can't quite describe - think right bank bordeaux plus something else, maybe a herbal note.
I wouldn't necessarily call this an ager, but no need to rush to drink it either -- drink until 2018. -

August 17, 2010 - Blackcurrant on the nose, blackberry and cherry, very smooth on the palate, merlot dominates, but plenty of structure and just enough tannin... will be very interesting to see how this develops over the next few years. NB. This has the best QPR of any red wine I have EVER tasted...
