Community Tasting Notes 1

November 29, 2013 - Nose with smoke, some mineral, some yellow fruit, some citrus and just a touch of honey. Rather dry, yellow fruit including yellow apple, some citrus, mineral, high acidity, a bit of spice, pure notes throughout and a fresh aftertaste.
Quite a good sparkling wine for a non-Champagne! Not really obvious Riesling aromas, but a couple of years in the cellar has of course helped with that.
