February 17, 2012 - A friend brought this old bottle to one of my WLIT parties in May 2009. Only found it in my cellar recently. Didn't think it would hold up, but decided to give a try. Surprisingly good. Has some legs. Now a mature oak Chard. Tart but refined on the tongue. I wouldn't buy it, but you can safely drink it with a meal, if you have some stashed away. Good with salmon and farmer-fresh salad.
