January 7, 2013 - Brilliant Condrieu - opulent low acid wine with a touch of creamy oak but somehow held in balance through the fruit intensity.Warm floral aromas and mouth feel contribute to a harmonious experience.

January 5, 2013 - Sandbar (112) Very interesting viognier. Must have been a bit off...

June 7, 2012 - John Commerford's 67th birthday dinner (Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand): Gorgeous rich and clean as a whistle Condrieu. Low acid, high alcohol but opulent and exotic - round vanillin scents . Long with a clear mineral not ewhich added structure and definition. Modern style but a wonderful wine that matched fairly well with a David Chang recipe of cured kingfish with edamame and fresh horseradish puree.

May 26, 2012 - Tasted non blind at a wine dinner. PnP. Beautiful nose of honey and white flowers. Similar on the palate with the addition of a few different spices. Very long and consistent with some minerality. I would loved to have tasted this the next day to see how it evolved.

December 26, 2011 - This was really fine. Tropical fruit, marzipan, lush subtle oak, gorgeous texture which is opulent but retains a sense of nerve. This is a long and complete wine that has complexity and great appeal. Ready now - 2014. 91-92
