May 9, 2013 - What a pleasant surprise! I pulled the bottle for cooking purposes since it was cheap and I had low expectations for it. Lemon zest, honey, and citrus on the nose. On the palate it was definitely more viscous than what I was expecting...thinking it would be similar to Sauv Blanc. It's closer to Rousanne. I enjoyed this very much, and especially enjoyed it with the pan fried chicken with a white wine sauce. I will definitely buy again if I see it.
