  August 15, 2023 - Well-balanced fine Chablis with a buttery texture. It is a value Chablis, I must buy it again.

  March 11, 2022 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting from magnum. Somebody wasn't focusing when tasting the wine before serving. It was slightly corky.

  December 30, 2020 - Light lemon and hay colour, no development.
  Fine lemon zest and white flowers, hint of curd and straw, bright and young.
  Lemon sherbet, some curd creaminess, a little honey richness. Floral tones, strong mineral spice, great acidity, ling long dry extract finish. Drinking beautifully, years ahead.

  March 23, 2019 - light to medium lemon hue.
  light or closed nose, soft white floral notes.
  Refined smooth style, tastes of lemon, lemon curd and honey. Soft and fleshy, gently aging, no obvious development.

  April 22, 2016 - Sadly, my last bottle, but I've been caught in the dilemma of letting my white burgundies mature as they should or drinking them early to lessen the risk of premox, which I've experienced on way too many occasions. That being said, this bottle was beautiful tonight and drinking very well, especially when compared to the last time I tasted it a year or two ago. There are rich, penetrating, almost honeyed flavors of green, stone and tropical fruit, some floral notes, perhaps a hint of anise, firm minerality, a bright acidic core and a long satisfying finish. To my tastes, there's no reason to wait on this one, but I do think that its just coming into its own. Delicious!!!
