May 10, 2021 - First of two drank with slow cooker pheasants. Mineral driven fruit. Crisp and bright. If white burgundies did not have the oxidation problem I would still be buying them.

January 28, 2021 - Such a classy wine, still tightly wound but beginning to display its impressive potential. Steely and precise, with crushed oyster shell, some smoke and a fine salinity. Should be able to evolve positively for a decade or more.

July 17, 2020 - An excellent aged white burg...
All the classic notes but acidity is toned down from a younger one..
Takes on a more rounder mouth feel ....
