November 2, 2019 - Dekantert i en liten time før mat.

September 12, 2018 - Had my last bottle last evening with pan grilled halibut. Very nice. Crisp and bright. Just like a Chablis should be.

April 29, 2017 - Wiping a tear from my eye as these were our last two bottles. Decanted. Part 1 - the first few hours - Chablis typicity, linear, acidic, but the corners slightly softened. Very good and 92 points. Part 2 - several hours later - we moved away from this wine into some reds and revisited later while still in the decanter. This wine completely transformed into an entirely different wine - bunches of yellow flowers, perfume, amazing, soft, explosive, unbelievably good and 96 points. On average, I'll score this at 94 points. Amazing for what many consider an off year for Chablis. These will be missed.

December 3, 2016 - Beautiful Chablis with hints of lemon, orange peel, and just the right balance of fruit and acidity. In a peak drinking window, but this should go the distance with several years ahead.
