July 16, 2022 - Very dark ruby color. dark rim. Looks young. On the palate - very very young! Wow! Extremely long finish. Outstanding! This was a big surprise. I never thought that a single vintage Port would show this well and possess this kind of structure and presence.

July 16, 2022 - Guys' Port Weekend - July 2022; 7/15/2022-7/16/2022 (Boulder Creek, California): Amber-purple in color. Fresh red fruit on the nose. It has a very rich palate with raspberry and red currant, and some nice tannins and acidity on the mid-palate. Really great, long finish with red fruit, nice acidity, and balance.

October 1, 2015 - 2015 Port Harvest Tour; 9/26/2015-10/3/2015 (Portugal): Mostly transparent garnet in color. Slight herbal notes with red fruit underneath. Strawberry and a touch of spice on the palate. Well balanced tannins and a long finish.
