November 1, 2014 - Golden yellow, very low dosage. Terrific mouthfeel. Nose w ripe red apples, honeysuckle, sweet wheat dough, some dried apricot, marzipan and even a faint whiff of arrak. Palate is mature and complex w preserved freshness from the low dosage. Minerality, acidity well integrated. Very nice.

May 17, 2014 - Saturday night at The Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): Quite a bit of colour bit nowhere near as dark as the glorious 2002 we had just before. Good ripe fruit on the nose, light toasty, rich wine. A soft of medium wine, with good acidity and although not a flamboyant champagne ( in terms of richness) still a very elegant and wonderful wine. 92 and has good life ahead of it.

September 22, 2013 - I found this to be very pleasing. Packed with lovely decadent fruit. 2000 is an underrated vintage.
