August 4, 2010 - What a tasty Spanish sparkler! This Cava really showcases what a Hot region is all about. A unique cava that has a delicate fresh citrus fruitiness with a touch of nutty character. Ageing on the lees expresses a lingering subtle yet complex array of layers and a lovely crisp finish. Enjoyed with a large group of friends, had a case and could have used more. Everyone really enjoyed this one.The wife and I found it for 15 dollars.
