September 3, 2022 - Decanted about 1.5 hours. Nose started to come around after a while and palate evolved. Could have used 3-4 hours in decanter.

December 15, 2019 - A Second London Pre-Holiday Celebration (67 Pall Mall): Not the wine to finish off this kind of night with. So powerful, jimmy and monolithic, with concentrated, ripe red and blue fruit and a lush, velvety texture. I felt some heat came through, though no one else mentioned that. This wine needs to be the start of its own show, preferably on a cold night with comfort food galore and a raging fire. Don't plan to head out afterward either. It will sap your strength for sure!

July 17, 2019 - Decanted about 4 hours. Nose was nice when first poured into decanter but then faded away as it sat. Palate was nice. These need to sleep in the cellar a while longer.

March 29, 2017 - Pingus and Chateau Rocheyron - Peter Sisseck presenting (AOC Copenhagen): Extraction and tannins (and acidity enough) for a long life with nice and complex maturation. Not as good as 2015 which I score 96+

June 12, 2016 - Decanted 1.5 hours. Pretty good, but needed about 4 hours of air to really get going. Then it was outstanding! Incredible fruit. Definitely needs more time in the cellar.
