April 2, 2007 - Always a reliable Merlot, aroma is fruit forward; jammy with the oak well blended in and hints of chocolate. Mouthfeel is rich and smooth; sweet but well balanced. Opens up nicely with several hours out of the bottle, but easily drinkable after first opened. Good with food and on its own!
