May 6, 2014 - Bright red fruit (cherry), nice acidity, crunchy fruit. Lingering
finish. Really enjoyable. Off smell at first that dissipated with a half hour of air.
Popped & poured. Great fill level - cork in good shape.

October 13, 2008 - Good, but reserved nose with adequate fruit and age showing. The game and hedge fruit is short in the mouth, with tannins which are fine, but not broad.

December 6, 2007 - Nice clear medium ruby - just a touch of tawniness - with a wide paler rim. Nose is very broad and quite rustic - solid black fruits and sousbois. Delightful but not really fine. Mouth entry is quite fresh, medium weight with red/black fruits and good acidity. A touch of earthiness as the fruit fills to the midpalate then tapers away to a nice but simple finish with a touch of drying tannin. **

September 30, 2007 - Mid-red and strawberry with no real strong ageing signs. Ah, corked!

March 4, 2007 - Probably the best of the bunch so far. Very fruity nose that quickly gave way to a more farmyard mix. The palate was good with acidity balanced by a smooth lean fruit. Went well with the food - really enjovable and drinking just right now.
