February 7, 2021 - Opened this wine at Gustoso Ristorante to celebrate a birthday.

Gold in colour with creamy notes of nectar, canned peaches, apricot and honey. Soothing, enticing, and compelling.

Key to enjoying this wine is getting the temperature right; too cold and the notes will be muted, too warm and the sweetness will overpower the other flavours. Serve it in an ice bucket and the wine breathe in the glass for a couple of minutes before consumption.

January 2, 2017 - Brought this wine to Dragon Phoenix Restaurant today for dim sum lunch with my brother-in-law and his parents.

The freshness and sugar level of this wine is in great balance at this stage, making this wine both a delight to drink and to savour together with the dim sum dishes.

    Wonderful.

May 23, 2013 - Juicy peach. Sweeter style.

March 24, 2013 - Gorgeous dessert wine. Slightly effervescent, fruit forward, sweet in the most balanced way possible. Hint of honey on the nose.

November 5, 2011 - A weekend with friends in Germany Mosel area: Part 2: Fresh grapes in the bouquet as well as on the palate. Firm amount of sweetness and orange peel. Very clean and fresh with a lot of sweetness and acidity but not really impressive yet. Give this baby time so it can show its complexity. Until 2018 at least. 92+++
