April 3, 2024 - Alors là grosse surprise....Robe tuilée,bouquet éclaboussant et enivrant et d'une belle complexité:un mariage super réussi entre les épices (origan,thym,cannelle)et les fruits (fraise,cerise noire) plus les habituelles senteurs tertiaires de sous-bois et d'orangette.Vraiment sublime....La bouche est d'une suavité confondante distillant des arômes équivalents au nez.Tout est remarquablement fondu.Seule la longueur finale amoindrit le score final.A boire n'ira pas plus haut

June 3, 2022 - Drank together with the 2000. This one certainly showed its age. Colour was pale red, translucent. Nose offered strawberry, red cherry fruit, tea and earthy notes. The palate showed the same flavours balanced with very fine, dry, dusty tannins. The finish is decently long. If you like older wines this is just where you want it. Time to drink up.

July 4, 2016 - Rather nice. Fruity profile , not at first very serious but complexity sort of gathered as we drunk through the bottle. Very good showing for a poor year and wine of this age. Certainly I would drink any I had soon, but then again it wasn't faded in anyway.
